Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Admin Portal, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the portal. The Admin Portal is a private system, restricted to authorized employees, contractors, and other designated personnel of Deca Analytics.

By accessing or using our Admin Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are not authorized or do not agree to these Terms, you must cease access to the Admin Portal immediately.

1. Authorized Use of Admin Portal

1.1 Restricted Access

The Admin Portal is strictly for use by employees, contractors, and authorized personnel of Deca Analytics for the management and facilitation of internal operations, including client services related to Puerto Rico tax incentives and other consulting projects.

1.2 Account Credentials

Access to the Admin Portal is granted through unique credentials provided by Deca Analytics. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and agree not to share or disclose your credentials to unauthorized parties.

1.3 Prohibited Activities

Any unauthorized access, tampering, or misuse of the Admin Portal is strictly prohibited. Deca Analytics reserves the right to monitor all activities within the portal and will take appropriate action, including suspension or legal action, in response to any unauthorized use.

2. Purpose of the Admin Portal

2.1 Internal Use Only

The Admin Portal is designed to support internal processes, including the management of client information, applications, tax credit compliance, and ongoing programs. It is not intended for public or client-facing use.

2.2 Confidential Information

The Admin Portal may contain sensitive information such as client data, proprietary methods, financial records, and other confidential business materials. All users are expected to handle such information in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

3. Security and Confidentiality

3.1 Data Security

Deca Analytics implements best practices to ensure the security of data processed through the Admin Portal. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for any activities conducted under your credentials.

3.2 Confidentiality

All data and information accessed through the Admin Portal are confidential and proprietary. Users must not share, distribute, or disclose any information to third parties without prior authorization from Deca Analytics, except as required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Use of Admin Portal

The Admin Portal is provided for internal operational use. Deca Analytics makes no additional warranties or promises beyond the intended use as described in these Terms.

4.2 Liability Disclaimer

Deca Analytics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Admin Portal, including but not limited to security breaches or unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Termination and Suspension

5.1 Termination of Access

Deca Analytics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Admin Portal at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, misconduct, or termination of employment or contract.

5.2 Voluntary Exit

If you leave Deca Analytics, whether as an employee or contractor, or if your role changes such that you no longer require access to the Admin Portal, you must notify the appropriate department to ensure your access is promptly revoked.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Changes to the Terms

Deca Analytics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Admin Portal. Continued use of the Admin Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

6.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico. Any disputes arising from the use of the Admin Portal shall be resolved under Puerto Rican law.

6.3 Acknowledgment

By accessing the Admin Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and that you are an authorized user of this private system.
